you like pumpkin you will love this recipe for Pumpkin Waffles. You
can make either Belgian waffles or use a regular waffle iron. These
are great with your favorite syrup, but would also be great with
honey butter, sprinkle with toasted pecans. Serve for
breakfast,brunch or dinner.
cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 2/3 cups milk
tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon nutmeg
teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
