Easy Apple or Pear Crustless Pie

This easy apple or pear pie makes it's own crust. I am not very good at making pie crust, I get mine at the grocery store usually. As this pie bakes it forms it's own crust, how easy can that be.

6 medium apples or pears
1/3 cup white  sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour

Peel and slice apples or pears.
Sift over the pears; white sugar and cinnamon.
Stir this mixture together.
Place in buttered casserole or pie pan; mounding in the center.
In a  mixing bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and flour until crumbly.
Pat on top of mounded apples.
Bake 350 degree for 45 to 50 minutes
Top with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.

Quick No-Bake Lemonade Pie

This Lemonade Pie recipe is so quick, easy and yummy, I like to make two at a time. You only need four ingredients, Cool Whip, frozen lemonade, sweetened condensed milk and a graham cracker crust.


8 ounce Cool Whip
6-ounces frozen lemonade
14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
9-inch graham cracker crust


In a large bowl combine Cool Whip, lemonade, and milk.
Mix well; pour into graham cracker crust.
Chill until firm, about 1 ½ hours.

Serves 6 to 8.

Tip From Margielynn

If your desire you may use a baked pastry crust instead of graham cracker.
