I love asparagus and it is at an affordable price in the supermarket right now. I have been getting my fill of this delicious vegetable. There are many recipe for asparagus but my favorite way to fix it is stir fry, it is quick, easy and yummy.
1 pound asparagus
4 teaspoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Step 1: Prepare asparagus by rinsing under warm water. Discard woody end of asparagus.
Step 2: The asparagas will break off the woody part if you give a gentle bend on the end of it.
Step 3: Get a large skillet heated on medium high.
Step 4: Add olive oil.
Step 5: Place asparagus and garlic in skillet tossing to coat with oil. Cook about 3 minutes until crisp-tender and browned.
Step 6: Sprinkle with sea salt and toss.
