They are quick and easy to mix in your bread machine.
1 cup warm milk (70° to 80°)
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
4 cups all-purpose flour or bread flour
2-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Place all ingredients in bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order listed.
Select dough setting on bread machine.
After 5 minutes check dough; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed.
After bread machine cycle is completed, turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Divide dough into 24 pieces; shape into balls.
Place dough pieces in a greased 13-inch x 9-inch baking pan.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Bake in a 375° oven for 13 to 16 minutes.
