Buttery Dinner Rolls Bread Machine Recipe

I have made many batches of this melt in your
 mouth buttery dinner roll. I have made them
 for the family, potlucks, gifts and other occasions.
 They are quick and easy to mix in your 
bread machine.

Ingredients for making Buttery Dinner Rolls:

1 cup warm milk (70° to 80°)

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened

1/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1-1/2 teaspoons salt

4 cups all-purpose flour or bread flour

2-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions for making Buttery Dinner Rolls:


Step 1: Place all ingredients in bread machine pan, place all 
ingredients in order listed.

Step 2: Select dough setting on bread machine.

Step 3: After 5 minutes check dough; add 1 to 2 tablespoons 
of water or flour if needed.

Step 4: After bread machine cycle is completed, turn dough
 onto a lightly floured surface.

Step 5: Divide dough into 24 pieces; shape into balls. 
 
Step 6: Place dough pieces in a greased 13-inch x 9-inch baking pan. 
 
Step 7: Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. 
 
Step 8: Bake in a 375° oven for 13 to 16 minutes.

Yields: 2 dozen.
