|Delicious Pulled Pork Recipe|
Boneless pork shoulder roast (4 ½ to 5 ½ pounds) bigger if need more servings
1 large onion, dices
2 cup cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
2 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper
1- 18 ounce Barbecue sauce, I like Jack Daniel Original
Place the pork shoulder in a crock pot, fatty side up.
Pour vinegar over the roast.
Place onion on top of roast.
Add garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook on low for at least 10 hours.
Drain the liquid off of roast; add barbecue sauce.
Allow to cook for another hour or two.
When it is done you should be able to stick a fork through the center without any resistance
Take a fork in each hand and start pulling it apart; then mix the barbecue sauce in. The onions will mix in well also.
Serve on buns.
