Broccoli Bacon Quiche Recipe

Quiche is really easy to make. I like to use the refrigerated pie dough instead of the frozen ones, but if you like them go for it. Serve Broccoli Bacon Quiche with a delicious salad and a hot roll.


1- 9-inch pie shell
1 cup half and half
8 ounces shredded cheese (any variety)
3 eggs
1 ½ cups cooked, chopped Broccoli
7- 9 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ medium onion, chopped


Mix all ingredients and pour into the pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until center is set and the top is golden brown.
