|Yummy Beef Stroganoff|
This recipe is really easy and delicious. Some Beef Stroganoff recipe take much longer to cook, but I think this one is very good also. Serve over egg noodle, rice or over baked potato; add a salad to make a great meal.
2 pounds sirloin, cut in 1-inch cubes
1- 16 ounce package wide egg noodles
4- cans cream of mushroom soup
2 heaping tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 package fresh mushrooms, cut into pieces
2 teaspoons garlic salt
Brown meat in a large skillet.
Add, salt, garlic salt and black pepper; stir.
Add chopped fresh mushrooms.
Stir until mushrooms are slightly soft.
Add four cans of mushroom soup; stir.
Cook until boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook egg noodles as directed on package.
After meat mixture had simmered, add the sour cream; stir.
Serve over noodles, rice or baked potato.
Yield 6 servings.
